The Allen Area Historical Society (AAHS) is a non-profit organization located in Allen, Michigan dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of the area. The society was formed in 1975, when several local citizens decided to create a repository of local historical documents and artifacts. Since then, the society has grown to include a museum and research library, both of which document the history of the region.
