Duxbury Rural and Historical Society (DRHS) is a non-profit organization located in Duxbury, Massachusetts, dedicated to preserving the town's rural and historical heritage. Established in 1901, DRHS is an independent organization that works to promote and preserve the town's history and culture.

DRHS holds a variety of events throughout the year, including educational programs, lectures, workshops, and field trips; the town's annual Fourth of July celebration; the annual New Year's Eve fireworks display; and the annual Clam Bake. DRHS organizes several programs throughout the year, including the Duxbury History and Natural History Walk, which provides an opportunity for visitors to learn about the town's history, culture and wildlife; and the Duxbury History and Heritage Festival, which includes programs, demonstrations, music, food, and activities.

In addition to its educational and cultural programming, DRHS offers tours of historic sites in Duxbury, including the Captain's Hill Cemetery, the Mayflower II, and the King Caesar House. The organization also provides some community services, such as a free monthly newsletter, a resource library, and a volunteer program. DRHS also works closely with the town of Duxbury to ensure that its historical sites and artifacts are well-maintained and preserved.
