Montpelier Mansion is a historic landmark located in Laurel, Maryland. The mansion was built in the late 18th century, and it was once a tobacco plantation. The mansion is a beautiful example of Georgian architecture, with its red brick construction and white trim.

The mansion was originally owned by the Snowden family, who were prominent landowners in the area. The mansion was used as a summer retreat for the family, and it was also used to entertain guests. The mansion was also used as a hospital during the Civil War.
