The Howard County Center of African-American Culture (HCCACC) is a cultural center located in Columbia, Maryland. Founded in 1987, the center's mission is to preserve and promote the history and culture of African-Americans in Howard County and the surrounding area. The HCCACC offers a variety of programs and services, including exhibitions, educational programs, and cultural events.
