The Historic Society of Kent County Maryland Inc is a non-profit organization located in Chestertown, Maryland. Founded in 1952, the society is dedicated to preserving the history and cultural heritage of Kent County. The society operates several museums and historic sites throughout the county, including the Geddes-Piper House, the Bordley History Center, and the Kent County Jail Museum.
