The Gulf War Memorial in Cumberland, MD is a tribute to the American soldiers who fought in the Gulf War between 1990 and 1991. The memorial is located in the heart of the city, at the intersection of Greene Street and Memorial Avenue.

The Gulf War Memorial is a large granite structure that stands about 12 feet tall. It is designed in the shape of a triangle, with three sides representing the three branches of the military that took part in the Gulf War: the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force. At the top of the memorial is an eagle with its wings spread wide, symbolizing the freedom that the soldiers fought to protect.
