The Catoctin Aqueduct Restoration Fund is a non-profit organization located in Jefferson, MD that is dedicated to preserving and restoring the historic Catoctin Aqueduct. The aqueduct was constructed in the early 1800s as part of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal, which was used to transport goods between Washington, D.C. and Cumberland, MD.

The Catoctin Aqueduct is a significant piece of American history and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. However, the aqueduct has suffered from years of wear and tear and is in need of restoration. The Catoctin Aqueduct Restoration Fund was established to raise funds and awareness for the restoration of the aqueduct.

The restoration project involves repairing the stonework, replacing the wooden deck, and restoring the aqueduct to its original condition. The project also includes the addition of interpretive panels and educational materials to help visitors learn about the history of the aqueduct and the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal.

The Catoctin Aqueduct Restoration Fund relies on donations from individuals and organizations to carry out its mission. The organization also hosts events and fundraisers to raise money for the restoration project. Once restored, the Catoctin Aqueduct will be a valuable resource for historians, tourists, and local residents.
