Ernie’s Museum of Black Arkansans Hall of Fame and Music Thea is located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The museum was established in 2000 to celebrate the accomplishments of African Americans in the state of Arkansas, and in the United States as a whole. The museum is housed in a historic building that was constructed in 1950, and originally served as a school for African American children.

The museum features a variety of exhibits that highlight the contributions of African Americans to the state of Arkansas and the United States. Exhibits include artifacts and art, photographs, documents, and a selection of music from the African American community. The Hall of Fame celebrates the achievements of African Americans who have made significant contributions to the state of Arkansas and the nation.
