The Marianna Lee County Museum Association is a non-profit organization located in Marianna, Arkansas, dedicated to the preservation, interpretation, and promotion of the historical and cultural heritage of Lee County, Arkansas. Established in 1976, the Museum Association is the only institution of its kind in the region, and is dedicated to the preservation, interpretation and promotion of the history, culture, and heritage of Lee County, Arkansas.

The Museum Association operates a museum in downtown Marianna, which houses a permanent collection of artifacts, photographs, documents, and memorabilia related to the history of Lee County. It is also home to a research library and archives, which contain a wealth of information on the local culture, history, and genealogy. In addition to its museum, the Museum Association also offers educational programs, special events, and guided tours of the Marianna area.
