The Newton County Courthouse in Jasper, Arkansas is a historic courthouse building located in the town square. Constructed in 1874, the courthouse is a two-story, brick building with a central tower. The building features a simple, symmetrical facade and a single-story porch supported by a row of wooden columns.

The building is a well-preserved example of 19th century courthouse design. The facade is composed of brick laid in Flemish bond, with a central entrance flanked by two large windows on either side. The windows are topped by brick arches and have wooden shutters. The central tower is topped by a wooden cupola with a bell.

The interior of the courthouse has been remodeled over the years, but the original wooden floor and staircase remain. The courtroom is located on the second floor and features original wooden benches and a raised platform for the judge.

The courthouse is a popular tourist attraction in Jasper and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is an important part of the town's history and a reminder of a time when Newton County was a thriving center of commerce and industry.
