The Little River County Historical Society in Ashdown AR is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history of Little River County. The Society was founded in 1985 to promote an appreciation of the area's past and to ensure the preservation of its historical resources. The Society collects and preserves artifacts, documents, photographs, maps, newspapers, and other materials related to the history of Little River County.

The Society promotes public interest in the history of the county by sponsoring educational and recreational activities, such as field trips, lectures, exhibits, and publications. The Society also offers a variety of volunteer opportunities, such as archival processing and digitization, research, and educational programs.
