The Historic Treme Cultural Alliance Inc. (HTCA) is a non-profit organization based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Established in 1997, HTCA works to preserve and promote the community's cultural heritage. The organization is dedicated to preserving the culture and history of New Orleans and the surrounding area, particularly the Tremé neighborhood.

HTCA is made up of a volunteer board of directors, members, and volunteers, who are all dedicated to preserving the culture of the Tremé community. The organization does this by hosting various events throughout the year, such as Jazz Festivals, Mardi Gras festivities, and educational and cultural programs. Additionally, HTCA provides educational and cultural programming to the community on a regular basis.

HTCA advocates for the community by working with local politicians and other organizations to ensure that the Tremé neighborhood is not forgotten. The organization is also involved in the preservation of historic buildings and sites throughout the area, such as the Congo Square Preservation Project. HTCA also works to promote economic development in the Tremé community, such as the Tremé Business and Arts District.

HTCA is a valuable resource for the community, and strives to preserve the culture, history, and heritage of the Tremé neighborhood. The organization works to ensure that future generations of residents have the opportunity to experience the culture of the Tremé neighborhood and pass it down to their descendants.
