The Louisiana Creole Research Association (LCRA) is a non-profit organization based in New Orleans, Louisiana, that is dedicated to the research, documentation, and preservation of Louisiana Creole culture and history. The association was founded in 2004 by a group of scholars, educators, and community activists who recognized the urgent need to preserve the unique cultural heritage of Louisiana Creole people.
