Kentucky's Mighty Wurlitzer-Theater Organ Project Inc is a non-profit organization located in Lexington, Kentucky. The organization was founded in 1997 with the aim of restoring and preserving the historic Mighty Wurlitzer theater organ located in the Kentucky Theater in downtown Lexington.

The Mighty Wurlitzer is a large pipe organ that was built by the Wurlitzer Company in 1927. It was installed in the Kentucky Theater and has been an integral part of the theater's history ever since. However, over the years, the organ fell into disrepair and was no longer functioning properly.
