When Pigs Fly <a href="https://www.blinkcincinnati.com/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">Blink</a> is a biannual festival that takes place in Downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky and illuminates the urban core with dozens of new murals, art installations, projections, and lighting effects. Over two million visitors are expected during the four night event.
