Simon to serve as a United States Post Office for Williamstown, Kentucky. The building features a red brick exterior, twelve-over-twelve double-hung windows with arched upper sash, limestone trim, a front and sides gable roof, a front entrance door with granite steps, an arched transom, and a decorative trim surround.
