First Christian Church, Cumberland Avenue and 22nd Street, Middlesboro, KY Built in 1928, this Classical Revival-style building was constructed for the congregation of the First Christian Church of Middlesboro. The building features a red brick exterior, a gabled roof, doric pilasters, stained glass windows, a cornice with modillions, and a front portico with doric columns. The building is a contributing structure in the Middlesboro Downtown Commercial District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The building remains in use today as a church.

Kentucky Utilities Building, Cumberland Avenue and 22nd Street, Middlesboro, KY Built in the mid-20th Century, this Modern International-style building is home to Kentucky Utilities, a local electrical company. The building is a noncontributing structure in the Middlesboro Downtown Commercial District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
