The Old State House Museum also houses the Arkansas flag, which was adopted in 1913. The flag is made of silk and features a diamond in the center, with one large star and four smaller stars within it.

The building is part of the Historic Arkansas Museum, which includes an Arkansas Territorial Restoration, a Pioneer Village, and a gallery showcasing the art and history of the state.
