The International Concatenated Order of Hoo-Hoo is a fraternal organization founded in Gurdon, Arkansas in 1892. The organization is dedicated to the promotion of fellowship, good fellowship, and the advancement of the lumber industry. Members of the organization are referred to as “Hoo-Hoos” and are required to adhere to a strict code of conduct and morals.

The organization is divided into nine distinct departments, each focusing on a different aspect of the lumber industry. These departments include Logging, Sawmilling, Forest Products, Transportation, Real Estate and Insurance, Trade and Commerce, Manufacturing, Education, and Social and Recreational Activities. Each department is headed by a Grand Hoo-Hoo, who is responsible for the overall management of the organization.

The organization is best known for its secret handshake, which is known as the “Hoo-Hoo”. This handshake is used as a sign of greeting and recognition among members of the organization.

The organization also hosts an annual convention, which is held each year in Gurdon, Arkansas. During the convention, members of the organization are able to network, exchange ideas, and take part in various activities. The convention is usually attended by more than 5,000 Hoo-Hoo members from around the world.

The International Concatenated Order of Hoo-Hoo is an important part of Gurdon, Arkansas' history and culture. The organization has been instrumental in the promotion of the lumber industry and the development of the town.
