Fourche Valley Cultural Preservation and Restoration (FVCR) is a non-profit organization located in Harvey, Arkansas. FVCR is dedicated to preserving and restoring the cultural heritage of the people of the Fourche Valley and the surrounding region. The organization is committed to preserving and protecting the history, culture, and traditions of the region, and to providing educational programs to the community.

Since its founding in 2015, FVCR has worked to protect and preserve the region’s cultural heritage.
