Lewelling Quaker Museum is a historic site located in Salem, Iowa. The museum was once the home of the Lewelling family, who were Quakers and prominent abolitionists in the mid-1800s. The house was built in 1845 and is a well-preserved example of Greek Revival architecture.

The museum features exhibits on the Lewelling family and their involvement in the Underground Railroad, which helped slaves escape to freedom. Visitors can tour the house and see the original furnishings, as well as artifacts related to the family's Quaker faith and their work for social justice.

In addition to the house, the museum has a restored carriage house with displays on the history of transportation and farming in Iowa. There is also a small gift shop selling books and souvenirs related to the museum's history and the Quaker faith.

Lewelling Quaker Museum is open seasonally from May to October and offers guided tours for visitors. The museum is a fascinating glimpse into the history of Iowa and the important role that Quakers played in the fight against slavery.
