The Mamie Doud Eisenhower Birthplace is a historic site located in Boone, Iowa. It is the birthplace of Mamie Doud Eisenhower, the wife of the 34th President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower. The house was built in 1887 and is a two-story Queen Anne-style home. It features a wrap-around porch, a turret, and stained-glass windows. The house was originally owned by Mamie's parents, John Sheldon Doud and Elivera Mathilde Carlson Doud. Mamie was born in the upstairs bedroom on November 14, 1896.

The Mamie Doud Eisenhower Birthplace has been restored and furnished to reflect the time period when Mamie lived there as a child. Visitors can take a guided tour of the house and see original furniture, photographs, and other artifacts. The house is decorated with Victorian-era wallpaper, lace curtains, and family mementos.
