Shubael Little Pioneer Village Inc. is a nonprofit organization located in Cannelton, Indiana. The village was established by the late Shubael Little in the early 1900s. The village is a living history museum that preserves the culture and customs of the past. The village includes a log cabin, blacksmith shop, general store, farmhouse, one-room schoolhouse, church, and a grist mill. Cannelton, IN / Castlebury Inn (#0371) Another example of a building that left me feeling like I had entered some sort of odd zone. This is the Castlebury Inn, built in 1867, obviously closed for an extended period, but still discoverable on the web as a Bed & Breakfast. Though the building looked long-abandoned, looking through the window the interior looked like it was just recently abandoned.
